Our 4th and final project for class was our make-your-own-adventure assignment. When this project was introduced to me I was super excited! We have used Wix to create our website and publish assignments but I needed to learn how to make my web pages more complex and have pages link. During this project, I learned how to link pages with buttons and icons, create moving banners, add music and sound effects to pages, and learned different ways to format pages. Another element of this project was making our own GIF’s. We all had to make 5 and I definely learned a few things along the way. I never knew you could make GIF’s in phototshop but know that I got the hang of it, I will be doing it more! For GIF’s I learned how to take pictures of the frames, change the speed, and how to export them for the web. When I finally put all my knowledge together and finished my project, I was super proud of how it turned out and I played it with all my friends. This project was a great way to end the semester and I have enjoyed Digital Art 1 dearly and have gained so much knowledge about adobe software!
