For my animation project I am going to create a story based on a nap in Southpark. To start out, I'm going to have my two friends participate in my story and be the main characters. The first scene is going to be my friends talking and deciding that they want to watch a TV show together. They walk downstairs and sit on the main couch. On the couch, they are debating what they want to watch but ultimately they end up picking SouthPark. After about a few episodes they start to doze off and as they start dreaming they wake up in southpark. I'm using characters from Southpark and going to animate them in After Effects. Once the characters are in Southpark they meet Cartman and they explain to him what has happened. Cartman takes them around the town and they brainstorm what they need to do to get back to reality. After brainstorming Cartman has an idea and tells the girls. Cartman heard about this portal that opened behind a mountain and brought the girls to check it out. Once they get to the portal the girls decide to jump off the mountain into the portal. Once the girls enter the portal they get placed back into reality and frantically wake up from their nap on the couch and have a laugh. I'm excited to see the finished product of my clip and am excited to learn along the way!
